Built by people who run boats, not just repair them
FLEET MANAGE grew out of day-to-day work on an active sailing fleet in Cyprus. Keeping club boats safe and available every day of the season taught us the discipline behind good technical management: written schedules, honest condition reports and parts on the shelf before they are needed.
Today we apply the same routine to private yachts, motor boats and RIBs. Owners hand over one point of contact and get back a boat that is ready when they arrive — with a clear record of what was done, when and at what cost.
Our team covers mechanical, electrical, rigging and hull disciplines in-house, and we supervise specialist yard work where a boat needs it.
